How I Started a 5 Figure Membership Site!

By Mr Review On April 22, 2008 No Comments

Hello to all my readers.

This is one of those posts I need to get you to read, so please pay close attention.
As you know I usually rant about products and every now and then I find a gold nugget which I highly recommend…and I’m not afraid to push the product because I truly think it’s that good.

The product in this post is a PERSONAL RECOMMENDATION from me.

I have succesfully launched a new 5 figure Membership site. I’m very proud of the site and so is my partner Jean Matthee.

We both didn’t know ANYTHING about creating a monthly membership site. I remember how difficult it was for me to find the right software and to set everything up. Within 2 weeks I gave up all hope of having my own membership site.

Then I got an email in my inbox that stated: "Mr Review, what is 20 x 1000?"

"Uhm, 20000?" I stated silently in the back of my mind.

I opened the email and it immediately got my attention. It was like a gift from God.
Michael Jones had developed a training course that will show you how to take any hobby or fancy (whether it’s your own or not) and turn it into a 5/6 figure membership site.

The email said something like imagine having a membership site (or a few!) that sell $20 memberships?
Imagine having 1000 people join your membership site/s over the course of a year.

You’ll be making over $20000 each and every month PER membership site.

I studied the salespage very carefully (you guys know how I am, I don’t buy shit).

It offered a 6 week course shipped to your door. I decided to get the course purely because of the value they added into this package (it’s a physical product).

I got the course after 1 week. I also got the bonuses mentioned. I must say the banner advertising secrets bonus were quite refreshing…it opened up my eyes to some marketing tactics.

This course is gold. Hell if you ever wanted to set up a membership site then this is it my friend.
And this works like a charm! Our membership site is one of the top affiliate training sites on the internet right now and it’s all thanks to this course. Although I decided to use a different membership software than the one talked about, I used all the other techniques to keep things at a very high operational level.
You’ll have to visit the sales page to see the list of things covered in this course.

You can create a membership site about ANYTHING using this course!

  1. Cats
  2. Dogs
  3. Kite Flying
  4. Surfing
  5. Skateboarding
  6. Flowers
  7. Gardeing
  8. Farming
  9. Model Cars
  10. Model Boats
  11. Internet marketing
  12. Affiliate Marketing
  13. Bodybuilding
  14. Cycling

The list goes on and on and on.
As long as the market you choose is profitable, you can make HUGE amounts of cash!

Our membership site is currently at 5 figures a month, but we are currently playing around with some new pricing structures to see how people react to new/lower prices.

Anyways, I wish you the best of luck and I think you will make a huge success of yourself if you decide to take this course.

It will help you tremendously.

Even though the course did have a money back guarantee I never even thought of asking for a refund. The value you will get is simply overwhelming.

Best regards,
Mr Review

Six Figure Yearly Reviewed - Busted

By Mr Review On April 21, 2008 6 Comments

"Please note that I actually went and purchased this package and I don’t provide an affiliate link whatsoever."Six Figure Yearly Review

Aaah, another sweet and short review.

I came across this website after I got a request to review them on this blog.
The owner of this product better pay close attention to what I have to say because he just got Mr Review as a customer.

If you are a complete beginner when it comes to making money online, you will undoubtedly get sucked in by the SixFigureYearly.com sales page. Their sales copy is laser focused towards complete newcomers…especially the "work from home" crowd.

I spotted some interesting sales copy elements which they used to pull in their customers.
Interesting in a way that it smells a bit of dishonesty.

1. They have a "important notice" that says that due to server overload problems they can only offer this to the next 4 people. What a load of crap. They don’t handle transactions, Clickbank does and as long as there is a Clickbank order link on their sales page, a unlimited amount of people can order.

2. They say that if you buy the "Platinum Package" you will get additional info that will help you start without spending anything. Another load of crap. First off all…there is ONLY the Platinum Package and secondly…he refers to free AdWords advertising credits. As you know, Adwords don’t allow everybody around the world to get free advertising credits.

3. They state that they are rated #1 at HomeBusinessFiles.com
HomeBusinessFiles is a damn placeholder website for their product! I did a whois look up and found out that HomeBusinessFiles.com as well as SixFigureYearly.com is hosted on the same server. Coincidence? I don’t think so.

Now what about the product itself?

The product is NOT an ebook. It’s actually web pages hosted on the site itself.
There are 10 chapters and one bonus chapter. All the chapters except chapter 6 are not worth reading in my opinion.
They added videos, which covers some basics. You also get a free ebook for adwords beginners. I just found that even for beginners, the content of this package is just inadequite. As a newcomer you’ll seriously bump your toe if you think this package will deliver on any claims it made.

They talked about a review website belonging to an affiliate who reviews the best "make money online" programs. The site lists SixFigureYearly as the #1 work from home program. The site is hosted on the SAME server as SixFigureYearly AND guess what…HomeBusinessFiles.com has apparently rated the site the #1 review website. Coincidence? Again, I don’t think so.

Another thing is the affiliate’s review website does not even host affiliate links for SixFigureYearly! It’s clearly the owner of SixFigureYearly hosting the review site himself.

Now the review website is a good looking review website, I’ll give the owner that. What angers me is the fact that the owner of SixFigureYearly acts like he/she don’t own the review website or HomeBusinessFiles.

Its a smart marketing strategy because SixFigureYearly is building social proof (by themselves), but the end consumer suffers in the end because the product does not deliver enough value.

The program is not recommended by me. I think you will seriously think about a refund after purchasing this.
If you want to make real money online and get a bucket load of information right off the bat, visit this site.

Best regards,
Mr Review

Virtual Smart Agent Review

By Mr Review On April 20, 2008 No Comments

Hello all.vsa.jpg

This blog post is about a new virtual agent software called Virtual Smart Agent.
VSA is a new advance piece of virtual agent software that does more than your usual virtual agent software.

If you don’t know yet, a virtual agent usually comes in the form of a chat box which pops up if a visitor decides to leave the website.

Here’s the thing about VSA - there is no human on the other side of the chat box. VSA is a "smart" agent that knows what to type and when to type it. It’s really cool.

I have it installed on this website. Once you opt in and try to close the next page, the virtual agent will try to stop you by either talking with you or offering you a special deal. The software comes with built in messages/interactions.

But VSA has something others don’t have. It grows smarter the more people interact with it. How? Well everytime somebody asks a question that VSA does not understand, the system will email you and let you know about a interaction that it could not understand completely. The system will then display the unanswered question/s and you can then add your own answers to those questions. Pretty cool hey?

I’m still trying to figure out whether this software works or not to increase conversions though.

I don’t know if this actually irritates my visitors or help them.
I will find out sooner or later.

Click here to visit the sales page for VSA (no affiliate link)

Let me know whether you think this will increase conversions or not. I’m not sure.

Regards,
Mr Review
