The Overture Keyword Bid Tool

Can anybody tell me where the hell one can get another tool for checking keyword bids?

I use my own strategies for this such as using the Google Adwords tool to check the average bids, but isn’t there some company which has a relation to Google or Yahoo! search marketing so that we can check the bids of keywords??

I’m wondering why Yahoo took their tool down. Is it because they want to STEAL more money?
Looks to me like it, cause without knowing what you are up against, you first have to throw away some money before you can make some. This is especially a problem when it comes to Adsense Arbitrage.

Has anybody got an alternative resource that one can use??

    The Anti Splogger says:

    Normally I just leave it.

I don’t even concentrate on adwords anymore.
I use my blog for traffic, or should I say BLOGS.

As for adsense, I normally check the market inside Google self. If I see very few ads, I know it’s either extrememly expensiv to run a ad or it’s untapped. I’ll obviously need to check inside my Adwords account for this. If it’s expensive I build blogs around the topic and include adsense. If it’s cheap…I’ll put up an add, drive traffic to splash pages and redirect them to affiliate programs.

    That’s my 2 cents.

  2. I do the same Anti Splogger but I use split testing as an extra. And I also use an enormous amount of ppc services. Google is sometimes really pathetic. In certain markets I perform very well with MSN adcenter. Although it takes just a bit longer to get your ad running, it’s worth it.

As for redirecting after a splash page, I use that as well.

But I think you are losing prospects…I’ll rather make a fantastic report around my niche and make them double opt in. I then include my affiliate links in the report.

When a user is reading a report they are more “tuned in” and is more likely to make a purchase.
